At XFC 16 ‘High Stakes’ it’s time for the next generation of Eastern Tennessee fighters to step to the forefront. The undercard will feature the best the region has to offer, including; Brandon Demastes vs Scott Holtzman, Drew Kennedy vs Devan Plaisance, and Shane Matchette vs Tyler Minton. Scott “Hot Sauce” Holtzman will be making his pro debut on the card, stemming from a 5-0 amateur and winning the X Series / XFC Grand Prix Tournaments last July. His opponent, Brandon Demastes will also be making his professional debut after going 5-3 as an amateur. Undefeated (3-0) submission artist Drew Kennedy takes on jiu jitsu ace Devan Plaisance, in what’s sure to be one of the undercard’s highlighted fights. More
