Agustin Clemente started Judo with Lorenzo Mesa’s Judo School at the age of 7. He was the two time state champion in Judo at the age of 12 and 13. He attended Sunset Senior High School, and was a member of the school’s wrestling team. He competed in many tournaments, and was ranked number one at GMAC. He placed third at the Sunshine open in 1998. He was the champion leader for pins in Miami Dade County. Agustin also studied Jiu Jitsu at Xtreme Jiu Jitsu Academy. At the age of 17 he did his first shoot fighting competition at Ruben Font Invitational and took first place. He received his black belt in Judo also at the age of 18 from Lorenzo Mesa’s Judo School.
Gus is currently the head instructor at Xtreme Fighting Championships. Gus teaches the advanced MMA classes as well as the MMA enrichment program for kids. The advanced MMA program helps to prepare any student that has a desire or goal to compete as a MMA fighter.
The program is designed to help keep the students fit by improving their overall health and physical condition. The MMA enrichment program teaches the student to respect each other, and also self-discipline.
INSTRUCTOR: KAMLA MICAELA MACKO
Kamla graduated with honors from Miami Dade College receiving her Associate of Arts Degree. She also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from Florida International University. She took first place in the 2007 Sunshine State Classic Body building figure and fitness competition in West Palm Beach.
Kamla currently is the Boot Camp Instructor at Xtreme Fighting Championships. The Boot Camp Program is designed to help educate women on the importance of exercise, as well as nutrition in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The Boot Camp Program also offers personalized meal plans and one-on-one personal training for students who request it. As the membership coordinator for Xtreme Fighting Championships, Kamla signs in new members to various programs specific for their needs.
